Medicines (Product Licence) (Exemption) Order 2001 |

Citation and commencement |
1. This Order may be cited as the Medicines (Product Licence) (Exemption) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2001. |
Definitions |
2. In this Order, “healthcare establishment” and “private hospital” have the same meanings as in the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act (Cap. 248). |
Product licence not necessary in certain circumstances |
3. Sections 5(1) and 6(4) of the Act shall not apply to any person who sells, supplies, assembles or manufactures medicinal products which are assembled or manufactured —
