Cessation of Approved Institution

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby declares that the Abingdon Prison/Drug Rehabilitation Centre (Block C), Moon Crescent, Singapore 499104 shall cease to be an approved institution for the treatment and rehabilitation of drug addicts, with effect from 14th January 2000.

2. Item (12) in the Schedule to the Approved Institutions Notification (N 3) is deleted.
