| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Community Rehabilitation Centre) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 28th April 2014. |

| 2. The premises at No. 343 Jamaica Road, Singapore 757759 are declared to be a community rehabilitation centre for the purpose of the treatment and rehabilitation of drug addicts and other persons under the Act. |
