Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes
(Approved Institutions) (No. 8)
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 8) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2013.

Approved institutions

2. The Minister hereby approves the following institutions for the purposes of Part II of the Act, with effect from 1st December 2013:

(1)	Silver Circle (Serangoon Central);
(2)	St. Andrew’s Nursing Home.
