Manufacture of Optical Discs Act (Commencement) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Manufacture of Optical Discs Act 2004, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Manufacture of Optical Discs Act (Commencement) Notification 2004.
2.  The Manufacture of Optical Discs Act 2004 shall come into operation on 30th July 2004.
