Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Height Restricted Areas) Notification.

Height restricted areas

2. The Port Master hereby declares the areas set out in the Schedule as height restricted areas and directs that the conditions set out in that Schedule shall be complied with.
