Cancellation of certificates |
4.—(1) Where, at any time while a certificate is in force, the person to whom the certificate has been issued ceases to be the owner of the ship to which the certificate relates, the certificate shall be cancelled by the Director. [S 351/2022 wef 05/05/2022]

Power to waive or refund fees |
6.—(1) Without affecting paragraph (2), the Director may, as he thinks fit, waive or refund, wholly or in part, the fees paid or payable in respect of item 1 or 2 of the Schedule. [S 1012/2022 wef 01/01/2023]
