National Environment Agency Act
(Chapter 195)
Assignment of Functions to National Environment Agency
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(2) of the National Environment Agency Act, the Minister for the Environment hereby assigns to the National Environment Agency the following functions:
(a)to construct, develop and manage hawker centres in its own right or as an agent of —
(i)the Government; or
(ii)any body corporate established by written law; and
(b)to construct, develop and manage crematoria, columbaria and burial facilities in its own right or as an agent of the Government.
