| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (Consolidation) Notification. |
| 2. The newspaper entitled “Business Day” is exempted from the provisions of section 16 of the Act. [S 92/95] |
| 3. Newspapers printed and published by the Sikh Advisory Board and the Hindu Advisory Board of the Ministry of Community Development are exempted from section 14 of the Act. [S 510/96] |
