| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 17th June 2005. |
| Exemption |
| 2. Newspapers printed and published by the statutory bodies and advisory bodies specified in the Schedule shall be exempted from section 21 of the Act. |
| Cancellation |
| 3. The Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (Statutory Bodies) Notification (N 6) is cancelled. |
