| 1. These Rules may be cited as the National University of Singapore Academic Staff Provident Fund Scheme Rules. |
| Continuance of Academic Staff Provident Fund Scheme |
2. The Academic Staff Provident Scheme, established by the University of Singapore under section 27(f) of the Constitution of the University of Singapore and in force immediately before 8th August 1980, shall continue to be in force on and after that date subject to the following modifications:
