Declaration of Prison
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prisons Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby declares Lloyd Leas Work Release Camp, 1 Cosford Road, Singapore 499547 to be a prison for the purposes of the Act and defines that place to be a prison for the custody of all classes of prisoners, convicted, remanded or detained under any written law, with effect from 20th March 2000.
