| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Prisons (Declaration of Reformative Training Centres) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 10th June 2009. |

| 2. The Minister hereby declares the places set out in the Schedule to be reformative training centres for the purposes of the Act for the detention of persons sentenced to reformative training. |
