Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 3) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 5th May 2014.

Exemption

2. The Minister hereby exempts Lot 05125L of MK 04 at 11 Blackmore Drive from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by The Secretary of the Trustees of the Methodist Church in Singapore to the competent authority on 28th January 2014.
