| 1. This Notification is the Planning (Payment of Development Charge by Charity — Exemption) (No. 2) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 18 May 2021. |

The Minister exempts Lots 05169N and 99777X in MK 03 at 347 Pasir Panjang Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by the Church of Christ, Pasir Panjang to the competent authority on 9 March 2021. |
