Planning (Exemption under Section 53)
(No. 2) Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 2) Notification 2016 and comes into operation on 7 November 2016.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts Lots 00271X and 03449X of MK 01 at 1 Bukit Teresa Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by Infant Jesus Board of Management to the competent authority on 24 March 2016.
