Planning (Hotel Concession) Rules 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61(1) of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Planning (Hotel Concession) Rules 2003 and shall come into operation on 10th December 2003.

Prescribed land for purpose of section 36 (3A) of Act

2. For the purpose of section 36(3A) of the Act, the prescribed land shall be any land specified in Part I of the Schedule and more particularly delineated in the maps set out in Part II thereof.
