In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 6) Notification 2017 and comes into operation on 20 October 2017.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts Lot 2781X of MK 17 at 91 Toa Payoh Central from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by the Church of the Risen Christ to the competent authority on 16 February 2017.
