Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Payment of Development Charge by Charity — Exemption) (No. 2) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 9 September 2019.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts Lot 01068X of TS 24 at 355 Tanglin Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by Grace Assembly of God to the competent authority on 25 July 2019.
