Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Payment of Development Charge by Charity — Exemption) (No. 3) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 4 October 2019.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts Lots 99869K and 00204K of TS 10 at 11 St. Andrew’s Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by the Secretary of the Synod of the Diocese of Singapore to the competent authority on 5 August 2019.
