(No. 8) Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 8) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 15 October 2018.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts Lots 06973M and 06971L of MK 17 at 21 Adam Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by Trinity Christian Centre Limited to the competent authority on 25 June 2018.
