Notification 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Payment of Development Charge by Charity — Exemption) (No. 6) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 23 November 2021.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts Lot 05272M in MK 24 at 48 Lorong 23 Geylang from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by Singapore Buddhist Free Clinic to the competent authority on 12 June 2021.
