The Minister for Trade and Industry has appointed —

(a)	the Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Trade and Industry, to be the Price Controller;
(b)	the Director, Ministry of Trade and Industry, to be a Deputy Price Controller;
(c)	the Director, Primary Production Department, Ministry of National Development to be a Deputy Price Controller;
(d)	the Deputy Director, Ministry of Trade and Industry, to be an Assistant Price Controller;
(e)	the Deputy Director, Primary Production Department, Ministry of National Development, to be an Assistant Price Controller;
(f)	the Manager (Documentation), Trade Development Board and the Head, Imports and Exports Office, Trade Development Board, to be Assistant Price Controllers;
(g)	the Senior Primary Production Officer of the Primary Production Department, Ministry of National Development, to be the Chief Price Inspector; and
(h)	the Higher Primary Production Officers and Primary Production Officers of the Primary Production Department, Ministry of National Development, to be Price Inspectors.
