Political Donations Act 2000
(Act 20 of 2000)
Political Donations (Political Associations) Order 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (b) of the definition of “political association” in section 2(1) of the Political Donations Act 2000, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Political Donations (Political Associations) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.
Political associations
2.  The organisations specified in the first column of the Schedule are each declared to be a political association for the purposes of the Act with effect from the date specified in relation thereto in the second column thereof.
