| Parliamentary Elections (Prescribed Date) Order 2014 |

| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Parliamentary Elections (Prescribed Date) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 6th February 2014. |
| Prescribed date |
| 2. For the purposes of section 5(1), (1A) and (2) of the Act, the prescribed date shall be 1st February in any year instead of 1st July. |
| Revocation |
| 3. The Parliamentary Elections (Prescribed Date) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 3/2011) is revoked. |
