| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Pension Fund (Prescribed Superannuation Schemes) Regulations 1995 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1995. |
| Prescribed superannuation schemes |
| 2. For the purposes of section 6(1)(c) of the Act, the prescribed superannuation schemes are the superannuation schemes as set out in the Circulars, Minutes, Instructions, Orders and other documents specified in the Schedule. |
