Police Force
(Composition of Offences)
Regulations 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 112A(1) of the Police Force Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Police Force (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 1 June 2015.

Compoundable offences

2. Any offence under section 120A(4) of the Act may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 112A(2) of the Act.
