Police (Special Constabulary) Regulations 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Police Force Act 2004, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

PART I

PRELIMINARY

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Special Constabulary) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 12th October 2004.
