Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemption) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act, Mr Khaw Boon Wan, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Finance, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemption) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 13th February 2004.

Exemption

2. The Minister hereby exempts Bright Vision Hospital from regulations 17(1) and 24(3) of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Regulations (Rg 1), subject to such conditions as may be imposed in the letter of approval issued by the Director in respect of that hospital.
