| Citation and Commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Preservation of Monuments Order 1999 and shall come into operation on 19th March 1999. |
| Monument |
| 2. The monument specified in the Schedule is hereby placed under the protection of the Preservation of Monuments Board. |
