Probation of Offenders Act

Approved Institution
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Probation of Offenders Act, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports has appointed the Pertapis Centre for Women and Girls, 42 Surin Avenue, Singapore 535638, to be an approved institution, with effect from 15th September 2006.
2.  Gazette Notification No. S 222/2002 of 15th May 2002 relating to Approved Institution is cancelled, with effect from 29th September 2006.
