Payment Systems (Oversight) Act 2006

Payment Systems (Oversight) (Designated Payment Systems) Order 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Payment Systems (Oversight) Act 2006, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Payment Systems (Oversight) (Designated Payment Systems) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 23rd June 2006.
Designation of payment systems
2.  The payment systems set out in the first column of the Schedule are hereby designated as designated payment systems for the purposes of the Act.
