Payment Systems (Oversight)
(Revocation) Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Payment Systems (Oversight) Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Payment Systems (Oversight) (Revocation) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 28 January 2020.

Revocation

2. The following Orders are revoked:

(a)	the Payment Systems (Oversight) (Designated Payment Systems) (Consolidation) Order (O 1);
(b)	the Payment Systems (Oversight) (Designated Payment Systems) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 471/2011);
(c)	the Payment Systems (Oversight) (Designated Payment Systems) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 115/2015).
