| 1. This Order may be cited as the Public Transport Council (Licensing of Ticket Payment Services) (Exemption) Order 2006. |
| Exemption |
| 2. Part IVB of the Act shall not apply to all persons from 3rd April 2006 to 30th June 2006 (both dates inclusive). |
