Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Public Utilities (Composition of Gas Offences) Regulations.
Composition of offences
2.  The offences under the following provisions may be compounded by the Energy Market Authority of Singapore under section 120(1) of the Act (1996 Ed.):
(a)sections 99(3) (in respect of subsection (1)), 104, 106 (in respect of the restoration of a supply of gas) and 115(3)(a) (in respect of offences relating to the supply or use of gas) of the Act (1996 Ed.); and
(b)regulations 9, 12, 13, 16, 18, 25 and 39(a) of the Public Utilities (Gas Supply) Regulations (Rg 13).
