Public Utilities (Tariffs for Water)
Regulations 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 20 and 130 of the Public Utilities Act, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Method of charging

6. Where the premises of a consumer in the same localities are supplied with water which are metered separately and the price of water supplied is chargeable in accordance with a particular tariff set out in the Schedule, the Board may, in its discretion, charge the consumer for the water supplied as if it is not metered separately.
