Public Utilities (Tariffs for Gas) (Revocation) Regulations 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 130 of the Public Utilities Act (Cap. 261) read with section 73(6) of the Public Utilities Act 2001, the Energy Market Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Utilities (Tariffs for Gas) (Revocation) Regulations 2001 and shall come into operation on 22nd August 2001.

Revocation

2. The Public Utilities (Tariffs for Gas) Regulations (Rg 6) are revoked.

Made this 13th day of August 2001.
