Whereas pursuant to section 17(5) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, the Law Revision Commissioners have published the 1995 Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation containing loose-leaf form of all new and extensively amended subsidiary legislation published during the period 1st January 1994 to 10th March 1995.

Now, therefore, it is hereby notified for general information that the Law Revision Commissioners have appointed 1st April 1995 as the date the 1995 Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation shall come into force.
