| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Composition of Offences) Regulations. |
| Offences under the Act and regulations compoundable |
| 2. All offences under the Act or regulations made thereunder may be compounded by the Board in accordance with section 39(1) of the Act. |
