Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Agreements) Regulations 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Agreements) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2004.

Prescribed agreements

2. The agreements specified in Parts I and II of the Schedule are prescribed agreements for the purposes of sections 28A (3) and 31(1)(v) of the Act, respectively.
