Speed limit of motor vehicles
2.—(1)  The speed of all motor vehicles travelling along the roads or parts thereof set out in the First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules shall not exceed the speed specified in those Schedules.
(2)  The speed of all motor vehicles travelling along the roads or parts thereof not specified in the First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules shall not exceed 50 kilometres per hour in accordance with rule 3(1) of the Road Traffic (Regulation of Speed) Rules (R 13).
