Citation |
1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Road Pricing) Rules. |
Definitions |
2. In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires —

Road pricing licence required during restricted hours |
3. No person shall drive or ride or move a motor vehicle into a specified entry point on a road during the restricted hours unless there is in force in respect of such vehicle —

Application and issue of licence |
4. Upon application being made and upon payment of the prescribed fee, the Registrar or an authorised officer shall issue a road pricing licence in such form as the Registrar may approve. |

5. The fee for a road pricing licence issued under rule 4 shall be —

7. The road pricing licence shall be affixed —

8. A sign as described in the Second Schedule shall be placed at the approach to a specified entry point on a road. |
Exemption |
9. The following vehicles shall be exempted from the provisions of these Rules:
