Road Traffic (Licence to Operate Taxi Service) (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Licence to Operate Taxi Service) (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2003.

Exemption from payment of licence fee

2. Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Taxi Service Operator Licence) Rules 2003 (G.N. No. S 168/2003) shall not apply from 1st June 2003 to 31st December 2003 (both dates inclusive) to any person who has been granted a licence under section 111C(2) of the Act.
