(Red Bull Pit Stop Challenge 2019 — Exemption)
Order 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and period in force
1.—(1)  This Order is the Road Traffic (Red Bull Pit Stop Challenge 2019 — Exemption) Order 2019.
(2)  This Order is in force for the period starting at 10 p.m. on 10 September 2019 and ending at 11.59 p.m. on 15 September 2019.
Definitions
2.  In this Order —
“Red Bull Pit Stop Challenge 2019” means the event organised by I_Possible Pte Ltd (UEN 201529508E) and held at the specified footway from 10 September 2019 to 15 September 2019 (both dates inclusive);
“specified footway” means the part of the footway between Orchard Road and Mandarin Gallery that is shaded in the map set out in the Schedule;
“specified vehicle” means —
(a)the Aston Martin Vantage vehicle bearing chassis number N02769 and vehicle identification number SCFSLGAW9KGN02769; or
(b)the Red Bull Racing F1 Car replica owned by Red Bull Singapore Pte Ltd (UEN 200304083H).
Exemption
3.  Rule 28(1) of the Road Traffic Rules (R 20) does not apply to the parking of any specified vehicle on the specified footway for the purpose of the Red Bull Pit Stop Challenge 2019.
