Road Traffic (Rebate on Licence Fee for Electric Cars and Hybrid Cars) (Revocation) Rules 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11 (4A), 34 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Rebate on Licence Fee for Electric Cars and Hybrid Cars) (Revocation) Rules 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2004.

Revocation

2. The Road Traffic (Rebate on Licence Fee for Electric Cars and Hybrid Cars) Rules (R 17) are revoked.

Made this 24th day of December 2003.
