Employment Agencies (Amendment) Act 2011

Employment Agencies (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Employment Agencies (Amendment) Act 2011, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Employment Agencies (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2011.
2.—(1)  The Employment Agencies (Amendment) Act 2011 shall, with the exception of section 12, come into operation on 1st April 2011.
(2)  Section 12 of the Employment Agencies (Amendment) Act 2011 shall come into operation on 1st July 2011.
