(Commencement) Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2013, Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards the Monetary Authority of Singapore, hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2013 (Commencement) Notification 2013.

2. The Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2013 shall come into operation on 18th April 2013.
