Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2012
(Commencement) Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2013.

2. Sections 4, 5, 7 to 13, 15(a) and (d), 23, 24, 25(b) and (c) and 26 of the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2012 shall come into operation on 1st May 2013.
