Housing and Development (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Housing and Development (Amendment) Act 2008, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Housing and Development (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.  The Housing and Development (Amendment) Act 2008 shall come into operation on 20th June 2008.
