(Commencement) Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Unmanned Aircraft (Public Safety and Security) Act 2015, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Unmanned Aircraft (Public Safety and Security) Act 2015 (Commencement) Notification 2015.

2. The Unmanned Aircraft (Public Safety and Security) Act 2015, with the exception of Part 2, comes into operation on 1 June 2015.
